  • Dates
  • Dried figs
  • Raisins
  • Apricots
  • Pears
  • Cherries
  • 4 ounces mixed nuts and seeds combination of:
  • Pistachios
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Almonds
  • Pecans or walnuts
  • Flaky sea salt optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Your Workspace: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the Chocolate: Using a double boiler or microwave, carefully melt the dark chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth and glossy.
  • Create the Bases: Spoon portions of melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, creating round discs about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Add Toppings: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle each disc with a generous combination of diced dried fruits and nuts.
  • Season (Optional): Add a light sprinkle of flaky sea salt if desired for enhanced flavor.
  • Set and Cool: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until completely set.
