  • 5 ½ cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Get all your ingredients ready for easy access. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil for effortless cleanup.
  • Mix It All Together
  • In a large bowl, combine the coconut, flour, and salt. Stir until mixed evenly. Then, add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, and use your hands to blend everything until well combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold its shape when formed into balls.
