Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries and Granola

This parfait is not only rich in protein but also contains plenty of fiber and antioxidants, making it an ideal choice for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt unsweetened or sweetened
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola low sugar or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • A few mint leaves for garnish, optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients
  • Wash and dry the fresh berries. If you're using strawberries, remove the stems and slice them into thin pieces.
  • Layer the Parfait
  • In a glass or bowl, add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom. Then, layer with a spoonful of berries, followed by granola. Repeat this process until the container is filled.
  • Add Sweetener
  • If you want a bit of sweetness, add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey, and a dash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Garnish and Serve
  • Finish with a few more fresh berries, a sprinkle of granola, and garnish with a mint leaf for added freshness and color.
  • Enjoy!
  • You can enjoy this parfait immediately or refrigerate it for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
