Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen unsweetened mixed fruit preferably peaches and pineapple
  • 1 cup cold unsweetened green tea
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Prepare the ingredients:
  • Measure out 2 cups of frozen mixed fruit (you can use peaches and pineapple for a tropical flavor). Prepare the green tea by brewing and cooling it beforehand. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and have your honey ready.

  • In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, cold green tea, honey, and lemon juice. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
