Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a blender or with a hand mixer, blend bananas, applesauce, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the banana mixture into the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Fold in the raisins.
Using a small cookie scoop, drop 1-inch balls of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten the tops slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cookies turn golden and set.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
