Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 cup apple chunks with or without skin
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
