Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi
  • 1 banana cut up
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Add spinach, kiwi, banana, Greek yogurt, pineapple, orange juice, and chia seeds to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  • Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses.
  • Optional: Top with extra fresh berries or a sprinkle of chia seeds for texture.
