Kiwi, Pineapple & Chia Seed Smoothie
There’s nothing like a burst of tropical freshness to wake up your senses, and that’s exactly what this Kiwi, Pineapple & Chia Seed Smoothie delivers.
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup sliced kiwi
- 1 banana cut up
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Add spinach, kiwi, banana, Greek yogurt, pineapple, orange juice, and chia seeds to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses.
