Spicy Tuna Avocado Wrap

This wrap is a powerhouse of protein, healthy fats, and fiber. Tuna is rich in lean protein and omega-3 fatty acids that support heart and brain health.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 5 oz cans Albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 heaping cups leafy green lettuce
  • 1 cup raw veggies cucumber, red bell pepper, carrots, thinly sliced into matchsticks
  • 4 8-inch whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Chop the celery, red onion, green onions, and cilantro finely for mixing. Thinly slice cucumber, red bell pepper, and carrots into matchsticks for the wrap.
  • In a small bowl, mash the tuna and avocado together until creamy and combined.
  • Stir in sriracha, Dijon mustard, chopped celery, red onion, green onions, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Lay out each tortilla and place leafy greens in the center, followed by sliced veggies.
  • Divide the spicy tuna mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Tightly roll up the wraps and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
