Ingredients
  

  • 1⅓ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup reduced-fat plain strained Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼ cup pitted dark sweet cherries
  • 3 dried pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients:
  • Measure out 1⅓ cups of unsweetened almond milk and gather the frozen strawberries, peach slices, Greek yogurt, dark sweet cherries, dried dates, and chia seeds.
  • Blend the smoothie:
  • In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, dark sweet cherries, dates, and chia seeds. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Serve and enjoy:
  • Once blended to your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into two glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, fruity goodness!
