Strawberry-Peach Chia Seed Smoothie

- 1⅓ cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- ½ cup reduced-fat plain strained Greek-style yogurt
- ¼ cup pitted dark sweet cherries
- 3 dried pitted dates
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Prepare the ingredients:
Measure out 1⅓ cups of unsweetened almond milk and gather the frozen strawberries, peach slices, Greek yogurt, dark sweet cherries, dried dates, and chia seeds.
Blend the smoothie:
In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, dark sweet cherries, dates, and chia seeds. Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
