Tropical Gut-Healthy Smoothie
This smoothie is quick to prepare and perfect for busy mornings or as a midday refreshment.
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- ½ medium banana frozen
- 2 golden kiwis peeled and chopped (about 1 cup), plus more for garnish
- ½ cup no-sugar-added coconut-milk yogurt alternative
- ¾ cup bottled unsweetened coconut water
- ½ teaspoon coconut extract
Prepare the ingredients:
Measure out 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, peel and chop the golden kiwis, and prepare the frozen banana. Have the coconut-milk yogurt, coconut water, and coconut extract ready for blending.
Blend the smoothie:
In a blender, combine the mango, frozen banana, chopped kiwis, coconut-milk yogurt, coconut water, and coconut extract. Blend on high for about 20 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Serve and garnish:
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with additional kiwi slices for a decorative and fresh touch.
