Tropical Gut-Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • ½ medium banana frozen
  • 2 golden kiwis peeled and chopped (about 1 cup), plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup no-sugar-added coconut-milk yogurt alternative
  • ¾ cup bottled unsweetened coconut water
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients:
  • Measure out 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, peel and chop the golden kiwis, and prepare the frozen banana. Have the coconut-milk yogurt, coconut water, and coconut extract ready for blending.
  • Blend the smoothie:
  • In a blender, combine the mango, frozen banana, chopped kiwis, coconut-milk yogurt, coconut water, and coconut extract. Blend on high for about 20 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve and garnish:
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with additional kiwi slices for a decorative and fresh touch.
